Many people talk about it and hope for quicker results through Agile development. However, they forget that it also requires change throughout the organization. I know what agile work means, as well as developing user-centered solutions and I am ready to change.

Research

For me, research with different methods is part of my daily work as concepts. This is the only way to get the necessary knowledge, which enables you to critically question your work performance. Added value can only be created when another person has been helped.

team work

One person alone can do a good job, that should not be questioned. I am convinced by my experience that the best results can only be achieved in an interdisciplinary team. This way you don't fall into the trap of looking at the problem only from your own perspective, but together.
